Administration Guide

Most of the configuration can be done via the desktop interface by clicking on the settings menu icon:

When setting up TilliT for the first time, it’s best to focus on four things::

  1. Asset hierarchy
  2. Material definition
  3. Activity templates
  4. TilliT Edge

Asset hierarchy

This stage is to set up the physical representation of the operation’s - assets and materials. Watch the video to see how to create your asset structure to understand how this is done.

Material definition

Now that you have your assets, you will need to start creating materials. This guide explains how to create a material and all its sub-components. Find more here.

Activity templates.

Here is where you will build the core of your operation. List all of the activities with their items (the what), assignments (the where), and starters (the when). Jump to it here.

TilliT edge.

Time to get to that extra level of efficiency by automating your process through integration with your machines.

TilliT Edge makes it easy to gather data from your machines and set up triggers to activate activities.

These four components will get your TilliT setup, and you will be able to start using it.

Once data starts to flow in, you will want to access it to build your own reports. You will be able to use our Power BI connector, pull data into excel, or build your own integration.
