Activity Class

Activity classes are simply used to group your activity templates. Feel free to create Activity Class structure that makes sense to you.

Once activities are assigned to a class, you can use it to filter activities by that group. This is most useful when managing large config.

To create an Activity Class, go to Settings > Activity Template > Activity Classes.

Next click Actions > Create; you will be greeted with a pop up window.

Enter a name for your Activity Class, then click Save and close.

When creating a new activity, this new activity class can be selected in the Basic Information page

You can also assign edit the Activity Class on existing activity templates, by opening one up and clicking the Edit template button to bring the Basic Information page up
