Non-Conformity Report

This is a generic Non-Conformity Report (NCR) which is typically required and used in manufacturing to capture/record the affected product lot from the failed retest activity.

The NCR details for the hold product or material lot affected by the process deviation should be clearly stated and labelled accordingly. This is to prevent accidental material usage or product dispatch which may lead to a recall.

NCR is configured in TilliT to be generated after a confirmed failed retest and only one activity, either interval-based or Product Quality check can have one NCR raised.

This activity is typically assigned to the Line Supervisor.
