Activity Template - Where
Where will this activity be available
In this section, you will set the where the activity will be available.
Fill in the following as such:
- SELECT SITE - select the site where the activity should be available.
- SELECT ASSET - select the defined asset where the activity should be available.
- SELECT ASSET CLASS - select the group of assets where the activity should be available.
- SELECT MATERIAL - select the defined material where the activity should be available.
- SELECT MATERIAL GROUP - select the group of assets where the activity should be available.
- SELECT ATTRIBUTE - select the attribute, then select/define the value where the activity should be available. If that attribute is a Boolean type, then you will be given Yes/No options. If the attribute is a number or string/text type, then you will need to enter the value
- Order Required - choose an order required to ensure the activity can only be created on an order, otherwise choose or without an order to allow the activity to be created regardless of an order being present. NOTE: If the activity is created via an event trigger with no delay and has an order required, then the event must have occured on an order for the activity to be created. If the trigger has a delay or interval, then the activity will be scheduled and ONLY activated if the asset has a running order.
